The hotel has a great location. You can walk to most of the main places located in downtown Seattle. I traveled alone and felt very secure walking from and to the hotel at night. Also, coffe shop connected to the hotel lobby is very convenient and great service. Will stay here again for sure.

I had a nice stay here. My room was a bit smaller than pictured, very functional hotel if you are just trying to explore the city and have a comfortable place to rest at night. Staff was excellent. Would stay again.

The beds are uncomfortable. The bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans so the window in the room would have moisture on it. Window seal had black mold on it.

Love the property just need a bigger space for parking in front of the hotel, it’s not Safe at all cars line up almost to the street I’ve witness,gotta also be safe lots of homeless and suspicious activity going on at night just be careful had one guy walk up to us asking us to give him a cigarette and if we had some PCP lol which I laughed with my husband and walked away , other then that room is clean,beds great, staff was Awesome we enjoyed our stay!!

When I checked in there was one lady has the Mexican accent, she works on November 14th at 10am, her tone is rude, aggressive, refused to help me and asked me to use the machine to check in. When I had the questions, she answered me whth the angry tone voice. Seemed like she is not happy with her job and like to bully customers. I felt that is not good customer service. Check the schedule who worked on that way and she stood on the leftside

The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have garbage bags in our trash cans the whole 4 days we were there and I don’t like how the room service people don’t clean your room everyday replacing towels and what not unless you request it. I wish the hotel had some sort of transportation option or that the parking was included instead of being $45 a night when you can park down at pikes for $30 a night. Simplistic rooms. And our bathtub facet was loose so spun or was crooked as well as the roller paper holder on the wall was lose so the toilet paper kept falling off it. Beds are comfy and the hotel was always clean.
