When we took first showers, shower soap empty, so we called down after we got back that day and man brought it up but never opened the pump before he put it in the locked holder. So entire stay we had no shower soap. Had about 5 Kleenexes we used up day 1. No pad of paper and pen to write with. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great..

This is the place to stay
Our stay was very comfortable. The location was just blocks away from the sphere and other fun things to do in Seattle. The staff was great and we was very impressed with Lydia who worked the front desk. She was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever experienced in a hotel and we travel a lot. The staff in the kitchen area were great too! From the staff, room, food, and location this is a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely hotel
We were so fortunate to have a wonderful young woman, Edna, check us in. She provided outstanding service so I’ll be emailing the general manager to commend her for the service and kindness she provided. Although it was a lovely room, the staff was outstanding as well as the breakfast, being next to the Space Needle and it being a busy place, the noise prevented us from getting a good night’s rest.

The property was conveniently close to Space Needle and to the monorail station which takes you close to Pikes Market. Walking distance to both. The breakfast is excellent on the property with many choices and changes to their hot choices every morning. You need your room key to get in the parking garage and to use the elevator. That part was slightly inconvenient but we understood the need for it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

We book a reservations for two room, we asked in advance if we can get both room close together, we message the hotel but no reply, we asked if we can check in early because we are driving feom canada and no reply from the hotel also. We got our room far from each other because apparently the other room is not available yet because of late check out.
