I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The WiFi was practically nonexistent, which was a major inconvenience as I was there for a work trip and needed reliable internet access. Despite calling three times for assistance, no one ever came to help. The hotel itself is extremely outdated, with dirty walls and carpets that are in dire need of replacement. The overall cleanliness made me uncomfortable, even sleeping in the bed. Additionally, when I requested a town car service to the airport, I was surprised to be picked up by an old, worn-down van with multiple passengers—completely different from what was described at check-in. The surrounding area was also concerning, with homeless encampments just across the street. Overall, this experience was far from what I expected, and I won’t be staying here again.

I loved the rooftop with the view. The streets were noisy at night, but I’ve been staying in rural areas a while- it was nice to be able to walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly and the monorail!

Staff was great, the location was great! Walkable to the Space Needle and museums. The bathroom was nice and looks to be remodeled. The room itself was okay but the beds were really uncomfortable. Would stay again if they refreshed the bedding and mattresses.

Couldn't get any better than this
Everything was great. Had issues with the room key a few times which took me 20 minutes of going up and down to the lobby for a new key each time. Other than that, I highly recommend.

The staff and the hotel was nice, clean comfortable beds. But there were homeless tents across the street and homeless sleeping in doorways nearby, and with the graffiti on some buildings the area did not feel safe. We had no problem, at all it's just too bad that the area is like that because the hotel was good and staff were great. Someone told us that it was not safe at Pike's market but we visited there and it felt safer than the area around this hotel.
