The facilities are somewhat quite old. Housekeeping did not come one of the days but was otherwise very responsive to requests. front desk forgot to give our one of our bags and we had to come all the way back from the airport to pick it up. Gym was good.

Weā€™ve stayed here many times before and were disappointed that they no longer have the free beer and wine in the lobby in the evenings. Now itā€™s one drink coupon per guest in their restaurant which isnā€™t even open all day. Also we werenā€™t specifically told the $10 a day resort credit had to be used each day and not in a chunk so we missed out on the $10 on our first day. Other than these issues great stay, great location, beautiful room.

The room was nicely decorated and clean, the bed wasn't comfortable, it needs a new mattress. I found empty soda cans in the cabinet next to the fridge. There was no microwave in the room and the deadbolt lock on the door didn't work. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Nice hotel/rooms but it was very dark! All decor was black and dark gray including carpets. 5 lamps in room with beds which all had very low levels of light. Not enough to light the whole room. Even bathroom lights were a low level! Could barely see in that place. Not all guests are young and have perfect vision. I would at least double the lighting in there.

Worse place to stay in Seattle downtown
Unhygienic Carpet smells No house keeping They charge resort fees in extra for no service. Most important: arrogant manger, when you complain about poor services.

Staff members Travis and Anthony, weā€™re very professional, courteous and helpful to us during our stay. Service at the Elephant and Castle bar was slow on Halloween night, even though there wasnā€™t much in the way of customers that evening
