I've stayed at the Maxwell 5 times now on business and it's always a great stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel is so comfortable -- love Dash the Pineapple pup, the individual duvet covers and robes, and the afternoon coffee service. The in-and-out parking is really convenient. Great neighborhood as well.

Very pleasant staff. Good bar with meal options. Very convenient to Seattle Center. Lots of access to bikes and scooters including the hotel's own bikes. Beds are great! WIFI is slow. Breakfast is just a cafe menu, whatever can be heated up.

Great place for families and kids. Kids loved the pool and pineapple cookies. Water filling station downstairs was amazing. Thai restaurant next door was great. Beds were comfy. Staff very friendly.

Very nice staff. Super comfy beds! My only complaint is the gym is way outdated. (Yes I know weird to work out on vacation but I was preparing for hiking!) Also the Curtains didn’t fully close to where it blocks out sunlight but it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the complimentary drink and the fact you could use a bike. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use one for my short stay but maybe next time!
