The hotel was nice and good service and restaurant was very good but no room service....DT SEATTLE is dirty, drugs, homeless etc not as pretty as surrounding areas. I was there for a football game. The walk to Lumen was 1.5 mile. Not bad.

Good potential. I think for the cost, particularly at the end of our stay where price increased, there should have been better ammenities. No premium tv stations, no self-service laundry facility, no complimentary meals, no microwave (with no meal service this should be an option) and no maid service. We expected no service for first 3 nights but on our 4th day, our room was not cleaned -- we had to request a refresh of towels and coffee...we lived with the old bedding but had leftover food containers in the room. Oct 31, 2024 night time front desk clerk was very sweet and appologetic and delivered what we needed and hauled away the trash. Location was great! The Paramount is very close to Public Market and monorail. Excellent walking City. We will definetly return to Seattle but will choose another hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and amenable. The room upgrade was lovely, giving us as nice a view as the hotel offers. We didn’t use the perk, as it was a parking credit that didn’t offer enough of a discount to take advantage of valet parking. However, staff referred us to a cheaper option only a block awY.

What a great find. This hotel is a reasonably priced hotel in downtown Seattle, about 7 blocks from Pike Place Market. In walking distance to Virginia Mason. I never noticed it before. Great clean, large room. Very nice, helpful staff. Even a great cafe for breakfast.

Check-in and checkout were excellent. In particular the checkout clerk was very helpful when we couldn’t find our Uber driver. Our room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a lot of street noise, even at the 10th floor. The hotel was vey convenient for shopping and we were able to walk to all the major attractions that we wanted to see.
