The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The property has several security measures like key in entry only at night, key needed to use the elevator which is nice. This part of downtown has changed a lot and the added security was nice. Rooms were comfy and clean. They offered good coffee and tea in the rooms. Parking downtown is outrageous and I feel like they have kept theirs down as much as possible and you have access at anytime.

Location location location!!! Not in the middle of the constant hustle and bustle, but still so many little places to eat. We didn’t scout out for shopping spots, as we didn’t have the extra time to do so. If in the area again, we will definitely stay here!

The Paramount hotel was lovely. The attendant at the check-in desk was extremely helpful. We were disappointed to come back to the hotel after our concert at the paramount, to find out their bar was already closed at 10:00 p.m. on a saturday. Overall we really loved our stay though. Would definitely come again.

It was in a central part of Seattle but overpriced compared to all the nearby hotels. There were some minor issues which I also think aren’t acceptable for a hotel that considers itself a top tier! There was no toilet paper in our bathroom. The air conditioner is very old fashioned and needs to be updated.

Friendly very early check in. We were allowed to check in at 9:30 am after our cruise! The area is noisy especially on the second floor. Beds are comfy. All in all would book again.

Good location ,walking distance to Pike Place and ferries . Clean Hotel ,disappointed that bar was only open Fri and Sat night. Valet parking very expensive. Breakfast was good . The area around Hotel is ok plenty of police presence.

10/10 on this hotel. The staff on check-in were very friendly and welcoming. Latrel was our valet parker and he was always smiling and ready to assist. Rooms were clean, and the hotel in general was very nice. By far the best customer service we received in Seattle. Would definitely return.
