what a terrible valet. waited 3 times on the street to pull in to valet for almost 20 mintes upon check in got double billed room smelled like pot had to change roooms check out valet was a disaster dont stay here

Got in late from a hockey game and really needed some extra sleep. I was startled awake at 8am by a loud dragging sound above my room that continued for 15 minutes. Called frintbdesk and they said they'd tell their engineering team to keep it down. I said i was already awake now so it would make a difference at rhis point. Then as im using the restroom, water starts falling down on me from the fan vent.

Check in was super easy and staff was extremely helpful. It was a great location. Pool was a nice perk. Trolley stop to downtown right ourside. Would definitely stay here again.
