Loved Frankie’s . Wish I had known about the construction before reserving though. Rooms were nice but front lobby shabby with old,dirty furniture. Went to Sandman next door and there’s no comparison. Seating placement didn’t take advantage of fireplace. Needs a major upgrade in the lobby . Then it’d be a luxury hotel. Also windows were filthy and hard to see outside to enjoy the view.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. We used the hot tub, clean and so refreshing. We had the breakfast brunch which was average but did the job before or walk diwntown Vancouver. Property close to downtown. Would highly recommend

Check in was great got early check in, but as soon as we walk in the room and pull out the high of bed there was a blood stain or cherry stain. On it, floors were dirty, we called down and they did clean it and apologized, gave us free parking. The room was extremely hot, the air conditioning did not work we complained 3 times first time they sent up the chamberlains but they just pressed the button told them other rooms were cold and the hallway was colder did nothing, again mention before we went out nothing was done we slept in a very hot room, not impressed, we mentioned at check out they said nothing
