Large covered terrace for relaxing moments (gas hob, table with 6 armchairs, large garden furniture with 2 3-seater sofas and 2 armchairs, 3 sun loungers and 3 chiliennes as well as a table tennis table). There's also a petanque court with boules for a friendly Provençal atmosphere. The villa has a large, bright living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and 2 large fridges, freezer,Beautiful washing machine). 3 bedrooms with double beds and walk-in wardrobes, one of which has a private shower room. 2 separate WCs and a luxury bathroom with shower and bath. This villa offers optimum comfort and an ideal location between land and sea, 35 km from the sea (Saint Aygulf, Sainte Maxime, Saint Raphaël). Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Haus von Valérie und Dominique. Beide haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt/erklärt. Das Haus entspricht 100% den Bildern im Inserat. Magnifique villa au coeur d'un grand domaine
Magnifique villa dans un très grand jardin offrant de nombreuses activités extérieures (piscine, pétanque, tennis de table ...) Elle est très bien aménagée avec goût et équipée au top. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants et accueillants. Le plancher rafraîchissant apporte un confort en douceur. La villa est située aux abords de Draguignan et proche de tous les sites remarquables.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - alles vorhanden, sauber, funktionierende Geräte, sauberer Pool, Sonne und Schatten vorhanden - bei Temperaturen von z.Tl. 40°C absolut erforderlich. Sehr gepflegt, umzäunt. Bouleplatz. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war während des Aufenthaltes kaputt und wurde am gleichen Tag von den Vermietern repariert. Unkomplizierte Vermieter - Kommunikation über Google-Übersetzer war problemlos. Für uns neu - statt gewöhnlicher Klimaanlage wird das Objekt über eine Bodenkühlung reguliert - daher keine Geräusche durch das Laufen der Klimaanlage. Wir können dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen. Konnten von hier die Provence mit all ihren Seiten erleben und reichlich Unternehmungen wahrnehmen.

Toller Urlaub mitten im Pinienwald und den Weinbergen der Provence
Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und hatten dort eine wunderbare Zeit. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend. Wir haben den Pool, die Terrasse, die Tischtennisplatte und den tollen Garten genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr geschickt, um Ausflüge an die Verdonschlucht und an die Cote d'Azur zu machen. Kurz gesagt: es hat uns super gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.
