Cottbuser-Land apartment

The town of Löschen is located just 12 km (12 minutes by car) southwest of Cottbus near the B 169, just between the Lusatian Lakeland and the unique Spreewald (about 26 km away). Our family farm in a rural setting offers you much peace and relaxation, without sacrificing modern living ambience.

Our place itself is not a tourist attraction (such as the Spreewald), but a relatively original, tranquil village with about 100 inhabitants. Due to the size, there are unfortunately no direct shopping more. The nearest small towns are Drebkau or Leuthen (distance: just under 2 km), which also offer supermarkets or bakeries. Therefore, a stay is recommended v. a. for guests who are mobile. Our domicile is ideal for exploring all tourist attractions by day trip, to reach Cottbus quickly or to work in peace.

Many cultural highlights, from concerts to cycling, nature tours, historical visits to all sorts of water sports on Lake Senftenberg, make the warm days an unforgettable stay. For the cold days, a visit to the sauna village van Almsick and, with a bit of luck, a skating on the canals of the Spreewald. Carnival fools should not miss to participate in the biggest carnival parade in the new federal states. The Spreewald, the gigantic open pit Welzow-Süd or the Branitzer Park are always worth a bike ride! For train drivers or car drivers, city explorations in Berlin, Dresden, Görlitz or in nearby Poland are a good option.

Just about perfect for me
Lovely countryside surroundings. Since I work in the area, the peaceful place to stay is important. Then again, the town is close and you can take a bus right under your window. The apartment is beautiful and really fully thought through. You don't need anything with you, it's all there. Hosts are darlings, neighbours pretty interested in your doings and the frogs in the pond of lovely garden quite lively; but then again, it's a small rural village.

Tolle Unterkunft und Gastgeber
Eine ländliche Gegend mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Fahrrad fahren. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, bieten nützliche Informationen über die Umgebung und Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem gerne wieder.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende dort verbracht und diverse Tages-Ausflüge unternommen!Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich zentral zwischen CB,Spremberg und Großräschen welches unsere Ausflugsziele waren! Als Rückzugsort für unsere kleine Familie haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und auf spontanen Grillwunsch wurde auch prompt reagiert und alles nötige zur Verfügung gestellt! Sauberes, gepflegtes Objekt, dass den online- Informationen voll entsprach. Nutzung des ansprechenden Außenbereiches mit großem Gartenteich. FeWo in idyllischer Lage
Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit offenem Wohn-/Essbereich, Licht durchflutet, geräumiges Badezimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet - einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Das I-Tüpfelchen ist die Nutzung der Sitz-/Grillecke am schönen Teich und der hintere Gartenbereich mit seinen vielen Nutz- und Blumenbeeten, Gewächshaus, Trampolin und weiteren Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Sehr nette und umsorgte Gastgeber runden das Paket ab. Wir 4 Frauen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für einen Erholungsurlaub und für Familien . Die Ferienwohnung liegt im grünen und mit dem Rad kann man viele Touren machen . Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich . Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen .

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung war von allen bisherigen Wohnungen mit Abstand die Beste!!! Angefangen von der herzlichen und offenen Begrüßung, der Checkin, die große, geräumige Dachgeschosswohnung ( sämtliche Haushaltsmittel und Hilfen waren vorhanden). Eine schöne, ruhige Lage, ein für Kinder wunderbares Grundstück, sowie die Mitnutzung der Spielgeräte und des Grundstückes waren super! Auch die Tipps für die für die Unternehmungen in der Nähe waren super! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach Cottbus in diese fantastische Ferienwohnung!

Tolle Wohnung!
Wir 5 Frauen wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in alles eingewiesen. Die Wohnung hat eine komplette Ausstattung, ist sehr hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wenn man ein Auto hat, kommt man auch schnell in alle Richtung. Es war ein schönes Wochenende, vielen Dank dafür!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sehr gemütliche Innenaustattung, ruhige Lage auf einem süßen kleinen Dorf
Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem Kamin und kompletter Ausstattung (zum Kochen usw. alles da). Leider ging für uns aus der Ausschreibung nicht ganz 100%ig hervor, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer keine Tür hatte und somit offen zum Wohnzimmer war. Für zwei Familien mit insgesamt drei Kindern stellte das eine Herausforderung bezüglich der Einschlafsituation dar. Uns war leider einfach nicht klar, dass "nicht gänzlich abschließbar" bedeutet, dass keine Tür vorhanden ist. Für das nächste mal wissen wir, dass wir genauer nachfragen sollten. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und wir konnten eine schöne Zeit und eine netten Jahreswechsel verbringen.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub im Spreewald !
In der ersten Oktober Woche 2017 konnten wir einen erholsamen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen und sauberen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Lage ist einfach optimal. Wir waren sehr schnell im Spreewald oder auch Dresden und Leipzig waren nicht weit entfernt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und aufmerksam. 5 Sterne für eine so schöne Unterbringung. Vielen Dank.
