Are you ready for Dresden?

In my accommodation, it is a 2 room apartment in the
second floor of a 5 family house, with a size of 53 sqm.
The apartment has a very nice view of the edge of the Saxon
Switzerland and is located in a quiet residential area. So sleep on
Weekend and week, is no problem.
Since the apartment is very quiet, the connection to the center of Dresden or in the direction of Saxon Switzerland is excellent. Stand here
Bus and train available. The stops are easy to reach.
About 5 minutes walk there is a bakery and about 3 minutes by car is the Kaufpark Nickern, with many shops and a large supermarket. Nearby are also McDonald and Lidl, Aldi and Co.

Wunderbarer Lage vor dem Elbsandsteingebirge
Wir wurden persönlich und herzlich empfangen und in der Küche wartete sogar eine kleines Willkommenspräsent auf. Die Aussicht ist prima, die Wohnung ist cool eingerichtet und bietet mehr als man braucht. Die Lage im süd-osten Dresdens ist praktisch zum starten für Radfahrer.

Das Objekt und die Ausstattung sind auf hohem Niveau! Von hier aus kann man wunderschöne Aussicht bewundern. Nur gibt es ein Problem mit dem Parkplatz (keine Parkplätze auf der Straße).

Die Wohnung ist tip top und für 2 Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Es war alles von A-Z (Abfallbeutel bis Zucker) in der Wohnung vorhanden. Ein sehr netter Vermieter.

sehr schön
Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nix gefehlt, von der Auflaufform bis zur Vase war alles da. Der Wohnzimmerblick war wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bushaltestelle war auch direkt in der Nähe und mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb einer knappen halben Stunde in der Innenstadt. Wir kommen gern wieder. :-)

Die Fewo ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Die ruhige Lage und super Aussicht sind prima. Ausflugsziele, Wandermöglichkeiten und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung sind erwähnenswert.

Ferienwohnung nicht Kindgerecht für Kleinkinder
Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, jedoch sind die zahlreichen Glasmöbel, Dekoelemente nicht Kleinkindgerecht, sondern eher gefährlich. Das WLAN funktionierte gar nicht, der Fernseher zeigte nur die öffentlich rechtlichen Sender (Liste sagte etwas anderes) und die Ferienwohnung heizte sich zu schnell auf (Dachgeschoss). Außerdem ist die Ferienwohnung sehr weit vom Schuss weg, aber sehr grün gelegen.

... ein paar entspannte Tage in Dresden und Umgebung ...
Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in Dresden und Umgebung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschickt gelegen und erlaubt Besuche in der Dresdner Innenstadt und in die nahe gelegene "Sächsische Schweiz". Parken ist etwas schwierig, denn es ist nicht immer einfach in den umliegenden Straßen den Wohngebietes einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Zwischen Dresden und sächsischer Schweiz
Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos. Für Ausflüge nach Dresden mit der Straßenbahn ist ein kostenloser Park and Ride Parkplatz in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ins Elbsandsteingebirge, Festung Königstein, Bastei braucht man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. An heißen Tagen kann die Wohnung sehr warm werden, da Dachgeschoss. Die Parkplatzsuche entlang der Straße ist schwierig und oftmals eine Glücksache direkt etwas zu finden.

Hübsche geräumige Dachwohnung mit Ausblick
Die Dachgeschosswohnung in der zweiten Etage ist sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet, gemütlich und sehr geräumig, ideal für zwei Personen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und eignet sich hervorragend für Stadtbesichtigungen, Ausflüge in die Sächsische Schweiz und an die Elbe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend, und die Wohnungsübergabe verlief unproblematisch. Wir danken Herrn Kruspe für seine Gastfreundschaft.

Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen und entspannen
Die Wohnung war echt gemütlich, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. (Ein kleines Kehrblech wäre nützlich gewesen ansonsten wurde wirklich an alles gedacht.) Die Lage ist schön ruhig und dennoch gut zu erreichen auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Herr K. war sehr nett und der check-in war auch unkompliziert. Vielen Dank

Tolle FeWo in schöner Umgebung
Geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo mit guter Anbindung an ÖPNV und hervorragenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vermieter sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vor Ort alles gefunden was wir benötigt haben. Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz; aber im direkten Umkreis findet sich immer problemlos eine kostenlose und nahe Parkmöglichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Fewo ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, nur die Parkplatzsuche jeden Tag nervt.
Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der sehr flexibel ist z.B. bei der Ankunft. Nur die tägliche Parkplatzsuche war weniger schön.
