Tolle und günstige Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude und ist komplett saniert. Hier und da sind zwar bereits altersbedingte Spuren sichtbar und die (wirklich große) Dachterrasse könnte etwas Liebe vertragen, aber es war alles sauber, gemütlich und genau das Richtige um zu Schlafen, Essen und etwas Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Wer keine Fünf-Sterne-Bleibe erwartet, sollte so zufrieden sein wie wir es auch waren.

Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt
Der Aufenthalt war völlig problemlos, individueller Checkin, sehr schnelle Antwort auf Fragen. Sehr schön ist die Dachterrasse, die zum Entspannen am Abend einlädt. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man gut angebunden. Ein Geschäft zum einkaufen ist fußläufig erreichbar. Natürlich ist das Gebäude alt und vieles Instand zu setzen, aber in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht...

Die Wohnung sieht auf den Bildern sehr gut aus, was leider nicht der Wirklichkeit entspricht. Es ist schlecht renoviert, die Küche war schlecht bis gar nicht gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank war von außen stark verdreckt und im Inneren klebten überall noch alte Lebensmittel... Sehr schade, da die Wohnung viel Potenzial hat und teilweise schöne alte Möbel vorhanden sind. Das Bad war zumindest neu und sauber...

Ausstattung
Haben 1,5 Stunden vor der Haustür gestanden, Telefonate geführt um an eine zuständige Telefon Nummer zu kommen, der dann geholfen hat. Warum nicht auf der Mail zu Check in??? Teilweise keine Handläufe bei den Treppen. Die Absperrung von Gang OG zur Treppe nicht befestigt. Keine Rauchmelder vorhanden und Reparaturen oder Renovierungen nur halbherzig durchgeführt. Verstehe nicht wie das Haus für Vermietungen freigegeben und zugelassen wurde

Winzerhaus Loschwitz
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Winzerhaus Loschwitz. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und konnten so einfach über den Elberadweg in die Innenstadt fahren. Nicht weit entfernt war das blaue Wunder. Dort kann man in den Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus einsteigen, den man bei einer Onlinebuchung mit 1 Ticket 2 Tage nutzen darf und der einen als Dresdenanfänger erst mal einen Überblick gibt, was man gesehen haben sollte. Einziges Manko war, dass uns die Unterkunft den falschen Schlüssel deponiert hatte und es keine Telefonnummer gibt, bei der man anrufen kann, wenn man Probleme hat. Bei unserem Schlüssel fehlte der Haustürschlüssel, so dass wir erst mal ratlos vor der Türe standen.

Unbewohnbare Wohnung
Leider ist die Dachwohnung im Sommer zum Übernachten nicht geeignet. Die Betten sind fast zusammengebrochen, haben geknarrt und gequietscht. Aber am Schlimmsten war die Hitze in der Wohnung, die auch Nachts nicht rausging. Bei über 30 Grad kam es uns vor wie in einer Sauna, statt Schlaf war Schwitzen angesagt. Außerdem liegt das Haus an einer Hauptstraße und der Geräuschpegel viel zu laut. Hätten wir nicht die Woche mit lieben Menschen verbringen wollen, wären wir am liebsten nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist. Fazit: Viel zu teuer und nie wieder.!
