We received a very unwelcoming reception and were told that online booking services are bad and that we had to pay a surcharge to use a credit card. The room was hot and had bugs, and the food is not great. Don't go here!

Hotel was okay and clean. There was no wifi from room as indicated in listing. The surroundings and location were a bit out of the way and the drive in was not attractive. It was okay for over night but not for a longer stay.

Meissen hotels in the country
This hotel is off the beaten path and in the countryside. The room itself was nice,spacious with everything you could ask for. We woke up to chickens crowing and hearing the birds in the aviary. It's about a 5minite drive to town

Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Ortsrand von MeiƟen, Zufahrt Ć¼ber eine schmale StraƟe. Da wir ein Familienzimmer mit vier Betten benƶtigten, erhielten wir eines der vorhandenen Appartements. Das Hotel zeigt schon von auƟen deutliche Abnutzungsspuren, dies setzt sich im Inneren so fort. Beim Betreten der Wohnung fƤllt sofort ein modriger Geruch auf. Die Teppichbƶden sind schon betagter. FĆ¼r Allergiker ist die Wohnung nicht empfehlenswert, dies war schnell spĆ¼rbar. Die Federn der ,Matratze waren sehr deutlich spĆ¼rbar, dementsprechend auch die RĆ¼ckenschmerzen am nƤchsten Morgen. Der Inhaber ist die einzige Person, die wir gesehen haben. Er war fĆ¼r Rezeption, Bedienung usw. zustƤndig. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war ƤuƟerst einfach gehalten, die Auswahl sehr dĆ¼nne, die Brƶtchen waren Aufbackbrƶtchen vom Supermarkt, zumindest dem Geschmack nach. Der dafĆ¼r verlangte Aufpreis dafĆ¼r, steht allerdings in keinem VerhƤltnis, dafĆ¼r kann man bei einem BƤcker fĆ¼rstlich frĆ¼hstĆ¼cken. Wir hatten glĆ¼cklicherweise nur eine Unterkunft fĆ¼e eine Nacht benƶtigt, zwei wollten wir dort nich bleiben und werden auch diese Unterkunft nie mehr in Anspruch nehmen. Wir hatten schon wesentlich schƶnere Quartiere fĆ¼r deutlich weniger Geld bekommen.

Sehr nett und freundlich, sonderabsprachen waren problemlos mƶglich. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet aber sehr sauber! Auch das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war liebevoll zusammengestellt mit groƟartiger selbst gemachter Brombeermarmelade. Unser Auto stand sicher auf einem eigens abschlieƟbaren Parkplatz durch einen Wachhund beschĆ¼tzt :-)

Es gibt einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz, einen Papageienkaefig, Huehner und Gaense. Fuer Kinder ideal. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir sind leider nur eine Nacht geblieben, zu wenig Zeit fuer eine umfangreiche Bewertung.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schƶn. Meissen ist supertoll.Das Hotel ist leider nur mit dem Nƶtigsten und dem "Billigsten" eingereichtet. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksbĆ¼ffet leider auch nur vom Billigsten. FĆ¼r eine Nacht ging es.
