Wonderful stay
The location was great, and had a beautiful view. The apartment had everything we needed and more. There were toys, books, games, and a outside play area for the kids. Short walks to whatever you need. The owners were very helpful and kind, answering questions and giving recommendations even before we arrived. They even called to check in to make sure everything was good since they could not be there when we checked in. Wonderful place to stay.

Vakantiewoning in Dresden
We zijn 4 nachten geweest. Het was een fantastische en zeer nette woning. Ook erg ruim en gezellig, het ontbrak aan niets. Prettig was dat er naast de erg mooie badkamer nog een extra WC was met wastafel. De woning staat tegen een heuvel aan. Vanaf de autoparkeerplaats op eigen terrein kan de bagage met een lift naar boven. Zelf traplopen door prachtige tuin naar boven. Een voorwaarde is dus dat men goed ter been moet zijn.

Gracious hosts in a beautiful and accessible location
We greatly enjoyed 5 nights over Christmas at JĆ¼rgen and Ursulaā€™s. They welcomed us at the parking - easy to find with their directions if a little tight - and helped get our bags up to the attic flat. The space was perfect for 3 adults and the views over the Blue Wonder bridge were delightful. It was a 10-minute walk down the hill and over the bridge to a tram stop that took us to city center, though there were plenty of restaurants and a small grocery near the bridge as well. They let us wash a load of laundry, and even left us some stollen on Christmas Eve! I would definitely recommend their place for a family visiting Dresden.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt bildschƶn am Rande der Stadt. Die Anbindung an die Stadt durch die Verkehrsmittel ist gut. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist optimal, d.h. alles was man fĆ¼r einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, steht zur VerfĆ¼gung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zweckmƤƟig eingerichtet, so dass man sich sehr wohlfĆ¼hlen kann. Die Vermieter sind am Haus und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr schƶne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Hanglage in Loschwitz. Von der groƟzĆ¼gigen Terrasse Blick auf die Elbe. Beste Anbindung mit ƖPNV in die Dresdner Innenstadt. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern unkompliziert. Sehr gute Anfahrtsbeschreibung und auch ansonsten an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Durchaus empfehlenswert fĆ¼r alle, die gut Treppen steigen kƶnnen.

Alle SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten innerhalb Dresdens und Umgebung, kƶnnen bequem mit dem ƶffentlichen Nahverkehr erreicht werden. Die Wohnung kann ich jeden weiterempfehlen. Wir, einen fĆ¼nfkƶpfige Familie, sind auch bei unserem zweiten Besuch in der Ferienwohnung Villa Zwintscher nicht enttƤuscht worden. Ganz im Gegenteil. Die Wohnung liegt hoch Ć¼ber den DƤchern von Dresden mit einem tollen Blick auf des Blaue Wunder und die Stadt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und die Betten sind auch schon bezogen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schƶner Urlaub
Tolle Wohnung in sehr schƶner Lage. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut die Stadt erkunden. Auch AusflĆ¼ge ins Umland sind sehr zu empfehlen. Rund um die Wohnung ist alles gut erreichbar (BƤcker, Eisdiele, Supermarkt, diverse Restaurants). Wir kommen gern wieder.
