Lake Dreams, A Luxury 5-Bedroom Lakefront Home with Hot Tub

Welcome to our Beautiful Bimini Lakefront Home with a private dock and beautiful views of Bimini Lake. The home features a fully stocked high-end kitchen on the main level, a second kitchen on the lower level, spacious bedrooms, a family room, and a sunroom with views of the lake. Available for guest use are 3 kayaks, a canoe, a paddle boat, life jackets, and fishing poles. Spend your days fishing, swimming, kayaking, or soaking in the hot tub. In the evening roast S’mores over the lakeside firepit.

This luxury lakefront home has 5 bedrooms which sleeps 12 guests, three full bathrooms, a large living room, a high-end custom kitchen, a second kitchen on the lower level, a sunroom with views of the lake, family room with a granite bar. Our spacious fully stocked kitchen features SS appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make and prepare meals at home. Laundry room with high compacity washer and dryer is available with detergent for guest use. Pennsylvania Elk visitor center is only 20 minutes away!

Laundry: washer/dryer located on the main level of the house.

3 Kayaks, 1 Canoe, and Paddle Boat are available for guest use.
Fishing Poles are provided. - will need PA fishing license- can buy at local Walmart or online with PA Fish & Game website
The Benezette Elk viewing area is 20 minutes.
State College is 1 Hr. away!
Little Flipper Lake- Walking on the nature trail around the small lake.

Guests have full access to the entire home, yard, hot tub, and private dock.

The concrete driveway and upper parking area can accommodate up to 5 cars. Enjoy contact-free check-in with our key-code-enabled entry device. The driveway is slightly sloped.

We supply a starter pack consisting of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small bottle of dish soap, a new dish sponge, hand soap for each bathroom, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and laundry detergent. If you run out of these supplies during your stay, it would be your responsibility to purchase additional items.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum 12 guests at all times. We reserve the right to request a copy of your ID. The minimum age for a person renting is 25. Check-in is 4 PM, Check out is 10 AM.

Golfing 2 minutes away. Treasure Lake has two golf courses, which also have small restaurants at the clubhouse for everyone to meet up for a drink or a meal after golfing!

Bilger's Rocks - Bilger's Rocks is a super cool natural area in Clearfield County featuring sandstone formations and recreational areas, including caves, cliffs, passageways, climbing routes, and more.

Downtown DuBois - There is also the town of Dubois to explore if you're looking for more restaurants, grocery stores, wineries, or basic shopping needs.

*Our lake house is not intended to be a party house. We do not tolerate guests that don’t respect the community rules and neighbors.
*No smoking indoors, please don't throw your cigarette butts in the yard. There will be sanitizing fee charged if evidence of smoking.
*Please no shoes inside the house as it's mostly carpeted.
* Quiet Hours 9 pm-8 am. Please understand that many of our neighbors are full-time residents of the lake. Quiet time is 8 pm-8 am. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces during quiet hours but please no loud music or yelling.

SECURITY

Our property is equipped with exterior Cameras facing the front driveway and one viewing the rear yard. There are also sensors that detect temperature, humidity, and decibel level.

Treasure Lake doesn’t allow any outside boats on the lake. You CANNOT bring your own motorized boat. There are no exceptions to this rule and there’s nowhere on the lake to rent a motorized boat for a day. The marina does have paddle boards, paddle boats, canoes, and kayak rentals.
