The location is very good for everything you need also the shops and the sites for gold, perfumes and spices are walking distance not to forget the creek crossing to bur dubai is so convenient and cheap. I will most definitely revisit.

We were impressed by this hotel. We didn’t realize we booked a suite and the room was massive and had a nice kitchen area and two bathrooms. One bathroom was phenomenal with the biggest bath tub I have ever seen. It is a good location being a short walk to the water, gold souk and a metro station.

They were very attentive to our needs. There are privacy buttons to leave you alone if desired. They have a tour guide area if you need tickets for any attractions. The restaurant is also wonderful. The staff will go above and beyond for you.

It's location which is a good area and it's closeness to the open market of Beniyas square and the metro. The receptionist, especially the black lady, she is so wonderful.

The stay was good. Only problem I had is the house keeping needs to check for toilet paper coz once we came evening after visiting and there was no toilet paper at all and once its more than half used please keep the other full toilet paper. Other than that it was good. The staff members were friendly and respectful.

I was disappointed how i was treated by the female supervisor working at the counter. She accused us for having extra people in my room. Even though, i told her that they have a reservation and waiting to check in upon our return from Sharjah. But she continued with her false allegations. I had booked 2 rooms from New York. We checked in one room and traveled to Shrajah for lunch and she thought we were stayi g in one room even though she xould have checked her computer for two reservations.
