Exceeded my expectations great location!
The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially the location it was great and so nice to walk around in the evening. We arrived really early and the hotel accommodated us amazingly everything was perfect. My only feedback is the room was cleaned but to very basic standard and there are a few charges on our bill for breakfast which we didn’t have. But as soon as the hotel was made aware they rectified it straight away & really a great place to stay. I actually preferred this location to the further on the Palm, which we stayed last year. The marina is actually walking distance if you can stand the heat.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were so kind and accommodating. We arrived very early in the morning and they did all they could to give us a space to wait for a room and then got us a room to get some sleep in. Facilities are amazing! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The hotel and the service is fantastic and everything you expect from a luxurious stay. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful in any way needed. We enjoyed our daily towel animals in the room as well as the breakfast and dinner Buffett. We will definitely be back.
