Just stay away from the food in the whole property and make sure you have a soundproof room. Otherwise, the staff in general are extremely polite and helpful.

Good hotel with good proximity to entertainment.
Great location in the business district. The hotel was clean. Service was just ok, they don't seem to explain things in detail but could be language barrier (i.e. beach club access). Room was great as we were informed about an upgrade at reasonable cost upon checking in and upgraded to a suite. It was our 25th anniversary so upgrade with view to the Burj seemed appropriate. Would stay again.

Having spent 10 days at the First Collection Business Bay I'm seriously impressed. The staff have been incredibly friendly, efficient, sociable and attentive and have really looked after us! The manager of the Shisha bar Yasih (apologies if I got the name wrong) has been incredible, really made it a great experience and made sure we could watch whatever football games we wanted and made sure everything was above expectations. The chef in the Shisha bar on the grill was incredible, we also had the privilege of knowing he buys all his own special spices with him which makes the food so much more impressive and is a much better price than the other restaurant in the hotel downstairs. The pool was great, always clean and the lifeguards were extremely attentive when less able swimmers were in the pool! Housekeeping really went above and beyond and even went as far to straighten our shoes and put our phone chargers away and even put my aftershave back in its box. Reception staff and concierge were always incredibly helpful and if we needed something or had questions they'd have the answers or they'd call up to our room to check if we needed anything! The only disappointing part of our stay was the Blacksmith restaurant. It was incredibly expensive and not good for money at all. Food was average and the spicy food was excessively hot to the point it wasn't enjoyable.

This was a very good hotel. We had the half board option which allowed us to use all 3 restaurants in the hotel for dinner as well as all other First Collection Hotels restaurants. Breakfast was quite ordinary but the staff in every area were delightful.

This entire hotel was an amazing stay. The entire staff were very friendly & accomodating. The location is perfect. Walkable to Burj Kalifa, shopping, dining & the train. You are safe, no one bothers you. I highly recommend this hotel.
