We had a few issues, tv didn't work for a couple of days, there was a fire drill and we weren't told about it, apparently they left a letter in the rooms, but unfortunately not in ours. Imagine our scare when alarms started to play and the drill started. Not a nice way to wake up.

Good service for the value
Great location, close to both the airport and Dubai Mall. The hotel offers good facilities, including a gym and a nice swimming pool. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the service is excellent. Free valet parking and complimentary beach access are nice perks, with a shuttle service available to take guests to and from the beach at the end of the day. However, note that free access to the beach club is limited to the beach area. To use the pool and other facilities at the beach club, you must attend a one-hour sales presentation about the hotel’s other projects under construction. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof, and early morning construction noise from the front can be disruptive. The water mixer in the shower also wasn't working properly, causing the water to alternate between hot and cold.

The hotel was a great value for money deal ... specious room with good amenities, great location inbetween the big attractions even though not close to the metro , but texies are quite cheep and the way to go in close distances...great pool overlooking the Burge Halifa , nice gym and a shatel bus to the big malls and the privet resort of the hotels chain ...
