The Hotel was Great, and the Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, music was playing very loud from the outside. It played passed 1am and I was unable to get any sleep.

What can I say? This hotel is absolutely stunning, the decor, the vibe, the ambience! From the moment we checked in we were treated like special guests, we had an amazing stay, the W beach is lovely. Highly recommend, shout out to all of the staff from the porters to waiters ! Special mention to Francis and Francisco Lin, it was a pleasure to meet you both
