The light switches are modernized but poorly designed. Many controls in one switch causes inconvenience. The shower head is too high to reach for guests under 5' 8". The room wasn't well prepared prior check-in.

I didn't like that our room was close to the bar in the lobby. The raging party we had to walk through after traveling all day was off putting and uncomfortable. I will never stay at Aloft again.

Positives: Nice, modern hotel. The game area in the lobby was great. The room was comfortably configured. Negatives: the bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Room smelled a bit stale/mildewed. We didn’t complain as we figured it was due to the AC unit being off. When we turned on, the smell got better, but the smell when returned when the AC unit stopped blowing.

Everything was excellent. My only issue was I was a single adult, trying to have a quiet getaway by myself and the place is kind of dedicated to kids with the big giant swimming pool, which is totally understandable. If I had kids, I’d be there too cute little bar, giant swimming pool and pool table for adults.
