Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The beach is across the road. The famous James Joyce tower is around the corner beside the well-known Dublin bathing spot, the 40 ft. The area is well sought after and would suit you if you like sea-swimming, walks by the sea, kayaking (I have a kayak you can use), village life with the DART to the city in 20 mins. Plenty of free parking space in the front drive, back garden with dining furniture and BBQ.
