Nice, clean and comfortable hotel.
Nice hotel, nice room. Warm and clean. Nothing special but handy for shopping. A few small repairs needed - TV remote not really working and volume of TV far too low. Toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast was decent and the staff in the breakfast room were lovely.

Very noisy, wouldn’t recommend for family stays.
Booked a family room, for a family of four…upon arriving, there was only water for two people in the room. I would expect one per person. The house-keeping staff were knocking on the door at 8.45 the morning of check out, even though check out is 11am. Something which was a big issue, which isn’t really a fault of the hotel in fairness, was the noise in the corridor at night time…there were people shouting and yelling up until about 4am, which isn’t ideal.

Very pleasant stay and friendly staff. Tea and coffee services lovely in the room. Bed very comfortable. It was a busy weekend and we had the first room on corridor so I was surprised that noise level was low.

Room was ok, some mould on the bathroom grout. Paint on the floors. Ordered a pizza to the room for my daughter at 20:30, was said it would arrive for 9pm. Contacted reception after 9:20 to be told no order was made but the payment was taken. Was transferred to room service and they said they are having issues and would send one up. After 10.15 my partner went down to reception to find none was made or ordered. No apologises, and gave him a free Tin of coke 😂. Would not recommend again because the attitude of the staff were not friendly Their morning breakfast was ok, over booked and struggled to get seated. A bit out of the way from the city centre compared to what was said in the description.

The hotel was clean and the room was spotless and spacious. Where this hotel falls down is the lift only goes to the 5th floor for some reason! We then had to get out of the lift, walk down a long corridor and walk up a flight of stairs to access our room. Made very little sense and may be an issue from an accessability point of view.
