Upon approaching this tiny house, you'll notice the exterior featuring a blend of rustic elements and modern accents as your host continually makes updates to the property. The house is conveniently located adjacent to Rte 101, providing easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.
Step inside, and you'll instantly feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior has been fully renovated and thoughtfully designed to maximize space without compromising on comfort. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas for functionality and creating a cheerful ambiance with rustic, yet functional touches.
The living area is perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a long day. It's an ideal spot to curl up on the comfortable sofa with a good book or enjoy a movie night with your partner. The combined dining area offers a quaint space for enjoying meals, with a table that can accommodate intimate gatherings for 2 or a work location on the blazing fast wifi.
The compact yet efficient kitchen is equipped with new, modern appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and cleverly designed fixtures. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or whipping up a more upscale meal, this kitchen has everything you need within arm's reach.
The bedroom provides a comfortable retreat for restful nights in a Queen sized bed. Luxury bedding with 100% cotton sheets (always washed with non-scented detergent), seasonal comforter and extra pillows and blankets are always the highest priority for guests. A noise machine is provided for guests that are sensitive to the noise of the adjacent roadway. The clever use of space allows for as comfortable sleeping area as possible in the small space with storage solutions to keep personal belongings organized in 2 small dressers as well as plenty of hanging storage.
The bathroom, though small, features all the essentials, including a shower, toilet, and storage vanity mirror.
Signed Rental Agreement with copy of Drivers License or Government issued ID is required to book per local ordinances.
Your host, Brie, lives about 10 Minutes away and is available for any questions or concerns at any time.
NO BARN ACCESS. The home is located on the same property as another home owned by Host and occupied by long term tenants. Guests have their own yard area and privacy as well as access to the larger, shared yard. Host is available for any concerns.
This is a non-smoking/vaping home. We reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your reservation, without a refund, for violating this policy. We reserve the right to charge a minimum $300 fee will be accessed to cover the cost of professional cleaning. If additional cleaning or booking downtime is required to remove smoke odor, we reserve the right to charge you our costs for rectifying the problem. You are fully responsible for any damages incurred should you disregard this rule and it results in any type of burn and/or fire damage
Undisclosed Pets are subject to a $200 fee and Host reserves the right to cancel booking immediately without refund.
Biohazard Fee: If urine, blood, vomit or other bodily fluids are found to be present there will be a minimum $175 biohazard fee. Any linens, towels, bedding, beds, carpet, flooring or other property that are damaged are 100% the responsibility of the guest to cover replacement costs within 7 days of stay.
