Overall a very good hotel! The main note would be that the parking is limited and VERY difficult to find and enter. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but something to be aware of, especially if you are traveling from a right hand drive country!

Lovely stay at the Skylon. Very convenient for the buses and local shops and restaurants. Only downside was our room location which was right outside the lift and were woken at 7am by workmen. Please give your customers the heads up if there are going to be works going on so they have the option to request another room.

Good hotel, lovely staff on Reception and the restaurant. Room was comfortable and beds nice but felt dated with the Corby branded ironing board and pink chair. Car parking was an issue with not many spaces and the Concierge was confrontational when i asked where to park. Even when there were spaces he said there wasn't and eventhough I'd paid, he said I would have to park elsewhere. Room service food was delicious and would potentially stay again if visiting the area.

Great place to start and end my trip around Ireland. Short taxi ride to and from Dublin Airport. Classy place. Very comfortable and friendly. Great college neighborhood. Easy access to bus transportation for exploring the city. Very nice restaurant at the hotel and some great restaurants and pubs nearby. Would readily stay here again!

Excellent night in Dublin.
We found staff extremely welcoming, helpful and generous with their time and patience. The room was very spacious and well fitted out with tea/ coffee/ fridge/ hairdryer, etc. Lighting was excellent and allowed all of us to fall asleep at differnt times. The height of the bath was a problem for my wife to step into to shower but otherwise the bathroom was excellent. The food was lovely but a rahter large protion (no complaint from some in our party).
