We had a lovely big corner room. The carpet was clearly new. The room was spotless and we had a large wet room. As country dwellers we found the trams on the street outside noisy, but no other complaints. We ate in the bar one evening and the food was excellent.

Love the breakfast!!
Their included breakfast from 7-11am was amazing! Fresh eggs (scrambled and fried), fresh croissants, coffee machine could serve cappuccino, etc. Beds were comfy. Zuleima at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The reason why I didn’t give them all stars is that the a/c was not working in our room and couldn’t be fixed but they did bring us a fan. Good walking location but just don’t walk out at night or in the wrong direction.

The hotel was great orginal book two night. Had to add a thrid night because of airljne change. I asked early if a room would be avaible on the first day. Receptionistaskbmy to cheeck back ter in day Later i asked her if had a room the third nightand she said yes. Next day i get call from hotel when i was on a bus saying i needed to pock up my lugage. I was left scambling to find a place to stay my last night in Ireland.

Inadequate facilities for the hihh price.
I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience. Although the hotel was very clean, several issues significantly impacted my stay. First, the heat in the room was unbearable. When booking, I specifically chose a room with air conditioning, but it did not work on the first night. When I called for assistance, the facilities staff brought a fan and mentioned they didn’t know how to fix the air conditioning, nor were there any available rooms to move to. The second day, I complained again and received the same response: "We don’t know how to fix it, but here is another fan." The room was much hotter than the hallway, and the window did not open wide enough to allow proper airflow. Furthermore, the TV only had five working channels, and the staff seemed generally clueless about resolving these issues. Given the price I paid, I am extremely unhappy with the facilities. At the very least, there should have been cold water in the fridge. By contrast, I booked into a Premier Inn at half the cost, which provided a much more comfortable bed, functional air conditioning, and cold water in the fridge. The only positive aspect of my stay was that your staff stored our bags until we could check in at the Premier Inn. Due to these issues and the high cost, I will not be returning to your hotel.

In my opinion the worst hotel i have stayed in. The shower had no ventilation. The air conditioning did not work. The windows were locked shut. So we had no chance for fresh air. There was black mold in the bathroom. Stains and dirt in the room and on the carpet. The TV stand was cracked. The frame of the mirror was damaged from the steam of the coffeemaker. First i wss told our room was not readt when we arrived at 15:30 to check in. We were offered a room looking into the courtyard after i asked for a room overlooking the street. But the room we received looked straight into other peoples appartments with no curtains for privacy only curtains to darken the room for the night. I booked a room for 4 people and our room had an unprepared sofa. Only towels for 2 people. The shower had no proper curtain. There was no safe in the room either. For 243Euro for 1 night a true disgrace. During check in i told the man at the desk it was my husband's birthday gift to stay in Dublin and there was no help when we complained twice. Since my family did not feel comfortable sleeping in a room like this and we were told the hotel was booked, we left. My parking ticket was validated but not with a proper discount so i paid 24 Euro for a couple of hours. Never again will i stay in any Leonardo hotel anywhere!
