this dumpy old hotel is a mess. The rooms are tiny and the carpet is not clean. It’s quite expensive and for the money they charge I expect to have a person actually check me in everything is automated so you have to check yourself in at a kiosk. Even the restaurant is automated, you have to order your cocktails and food on your mobile phone. For the prices they are charging. I’m expecting service and I’m also expecting a clean hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The hotel has a shuttle service to the terminals. The food at the restaurant was first class and staff make sure your stay is comfortable.

The hotel, the staff, the shuttle service were all top notch. The price for the breakfast buffet was very high if you only wanted coffee and toast. The alternative although provided great coffee options, the food options were limited

Check in kiosk is not convenient. Need to hire more staff. The check in kiosk required us to re-enter all of the information we previously provided when making the reservation. It was time consuming and frustrating. Seemed like the hotel was going out of its way not to interact with its guests.

Close to the Airport is good, with a shuttle bus every 20 mins. Hotel is overpriced for what they offer, room, drinks and meal wise.

given room 160; it takes about 10 minutes to get there from the reception! a myriad of corridors and bizarre signage to ensure you have to constantly go back to make sure you are on the right track. thankfully i did not have too much luggage. the hotel is way too expensive for the standard that could be expected. on top of it the room feels like being in a dungeon! afraid to open a window in case of what might crawl in!
