The room was very small. Our friends also stayed and their room was even smaller. We were put in a handicap room where the shower water went all over the floor. The shower water also did not get hot enough. I enjoy a hot shower to warm me up when I am cold. That was not possible here. The window was small and looked into other people’s rooms. Getting into the parking garage and then over to the hotel was not a good experience. The positive is that the staff was very friendly but I would not stay here again due to the tight accommodations.

The room was clean and the staff was great to work with. The hotel is also conveniently located near Grafton St. I think the only downside to this hotel is the bed is incredibly hard and the AC does not stay on; so it’s uncomfortably hot.

The Marlin is a great place to stay if you’re looking for walkability and proximity to downtown pubs and shopping. Small rooms but well used space, clean, great staff, nice bar/restaurant on site and a cute coffee set up in the lobby. Would stay here again!

we really enjoyed our stay here at the Marlin. They offered us early check in (€20) which we were grateful for so we could drop our bags. The rooms are very small but it was perfect for just my husband and I and our backpacks. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms have A/C!!! The hotel was beautiful and smelled amazing. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Dublin including temple bar, Guinness storehouse, Jameson distillery, and many pubs and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
