Beautiful location and super friendly helpful staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Hotel is really, really big and has a “cruise ship vibe”. It’s located on a steep hillside which you need to climb up and down to get to the water. It was fine, but unexpected. Would be helpful if that information was provided! The outside cool looking bar/lounge area which is on the website is non-existent….its a concrete slab with a few pool chairs….wondering if it’s a photoshopped image or AI??? breakfast buffet was not very good, bland and tasteless. Don’t think this is a 5star hotel.

Stunning architecture, inside is tastefully decorated with designer furnishings and outside has incredible vistas. Loved the gardens and the beaches. We had a balcony facing the bay which is beautiful and we enjoyed the beach cafe and swimming in the sea. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. An amazing stay- we hope to return soon!

What a stunning setting for this hotel. Our room had a view out to sea - so calming and beautiful. The hotel is convenient to Cavtat with a great choice of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful break.

You could not ask for better service from the staff. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The room was comfortable and plenty of space. The view of the sea was spectacular. The pools (yes, one indoor and one outdoor) are large and accommodate everyone comfortably. Those are what we liked. Some may consider the buffet breakfast to be spectacular. But for those of us who have experienced the amazing buffet breakfast in Israeli hotels it is hard to be excited about anything less. Of particular concern was the Tub/Shower. It is down right dangerous having to step up nearly 24 inches and then having to step out that distance to the floor. As a safety expert I must note that it would have never passed my inspection. Towels are less than what I would have expected from a luxury hotel. Would I stay here again…sure, but I would lower my expectations. If nothing else I would return for the first rate staff.

Great choice away from Dubrovnik, close to airport
Excellent location away from the business of Dubrovnik. Huge hotel with pool, access to beach, 4+ restaurants, free parking. Recommend staying here as Cavtat is super cute coastal town with walking paths, great sunsets, excellent restaurant choices, beach access/play areas, boat taxis. Yes, there are less than 5 minutes of stairs to walk down/up from hotel to access town but frequent golf cart provided by hotel makes accessible for anyone. Checkin is complicated by small driveway, unclear initial parking process (especially if large tourist buses arriving/departing- frequent event). Buffet restaurant is ample & good choice when too tired. Hotel would benefit from upgrading room towels - threadbare/thin (stayed multiple days) & changing hallway carpets. 10 minute rental car drive to tiny airport with one terminal, car rental across the parking lot. Uber costs about $12-20 USD.

What a beautiful hotel and what a beautiful stay ! All what you expect from a five stars and more., with an amazing helpful staff, spacious rooms facing the Adriatic and a ? birds island It does have a beach and a nudist one if you are interested , but it’s a rocky one like the rest with two swimming pools Please keep in mind it’s not in Dubrovnik , it’s about half an hour drive so it’s not for you if would like to spend more time in the old town but it’s just few minutes away from the airport

Great stay
Great view of the ocean. Room was large, clean and had a great balcony. Food was tasty and staff very helpful. Was a short walk to the town center to see the sights.
