Property is over priced for the age. Carpet in the room was dirty. Do not walk on without shoes. Bathroom taps leaked. Poor lighting in the room. No service in the room. one day. Front desk advised that was my fault. Very, very condescending. Continental breakfast was very average for $12. Better is included with most chains.

We were very happy with the location and the room. But we were able to hear the people's arguments in the ajoining room very easily. It made us quite uncomfortable.

We arrived at 3 pm. I had reserved an accessible room, but the front desk said the cleaning crew had not finished and the room would be ready in about an hour. We left and came back about an hour later & it still wasn't ready. We sat in the lobby waiting for another hour, when finally someone approached us and asked if it was absolutely necessary we get an accessible room, so I finally relented and accepted the change to a regular room. I'm not happy!

For the most part it was fine except for my sleep. The air conditioning unit was very loud making a loud sound while it ran. Woke me up every time it kicked on. I got very little sleep.

Checking in one lady didn't want to help us.The one that did didn't tell us anything about if you had breakfast, if there was a pool...nothing about the hotel. Everytime we sit on the bed it makes a loud drum sound, walls are so thin we can hear what the neighbors are saying.

The concert crowd outside was loud. The parking was packed due to concert and almost didn't have parking for hotel guests. Im not sure a stay in Dubuque, IA should vost over $300/ night.

Dirty, No View, but nice amenities
My husband and I were in town for a concert and I booked a king bed room. We got up to our 3rd floor room to be completely disappointed in our view of a wall out our window, dirty tissues between our bed and wall. And the sofa chair was sooo dirty. The thing that really upset me was having a door into the next room that conjoined them. I was not expecting that and felt it invaded my privacy. I wish I would have known that beforehand. The best thing about this hotel was having on site restaurants and bars which was convenient so we didn't have to leave. Let's say we won't be back.
