Great location, spotty WiFi
Overall, we had a great stay at this cabin! It was the perfect location to explore both Zion and Bryce. We were planning to check out Cedar Breaks National Monument as well but it is closed in the winter. The cabin itself was great. It’s a little small but worked well for our family with a pullout bed in the living area. But would probably be too tight for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked and had the best set of knives I’ve ever seen in a rental! I’ve started traveling with my own knives because they are usually so garbage in VRBOs but it was totally unnecessary here. Two minor drawbacks though: first, the communications from the property management company could have been better. I felt like I was only getting 3/4 of the info I needed and often not in a timely manner. For example, I was supposed to get an email about check out procedures but didn’t receive that until after we’d left. Second, the WiFi was AWFUL. Obviously, we didn’t rent a cabin in the woods to sit around and watch Netflix all day. But with a three year old, it’s nice to be able to relax with a movie after hiking all day. It was completely out the first day there. They sent someone out to fix it and it worked for one more day and then was off and on the rest of the trip. Not a huge deal for us but if you are planning to work remotely, this property would not be a good choice. But overall, we had a great stay!

Cozy Stay
Before arrival we had tried to reach out via the Vrbo portal to see if a truck and 12ft utility trailer would fit on or up the driveway! With no response we hoped that we would fit. Upon arrival the two driveways are incredibly steep and I would suggest 4WD to traverse them safely. There is a sign that also states that on the upper driveway. Had to put the truck in 4 wheel low to pull the trailer carrying my RZR up the steeper driveway. Once to the top of the driveway we noticed the access for the septic tank that took up about 3 ft of this driveway. After finally getting the trailer and RZR situated safely we went inside the cabin. The cabin was very clean and the porch was an added touch! The pictures don’t do it justice. Once inside and unloaded everything was great. That was until we went to bed. The full bed located in the single room was not big enough for two adults. Mind you I am not tiny but I’m not extra hefty. My gf and I had some trouble sleeping in this smaller bed both nights of our stay. Would also like to note that the shower is extremely small, that the size of an RV shower if you’ve had the privilege of experiencing one. It’s located right next to the washer and drier where you have to cirque du soleil you way into the shower! Everything was labeled and easy to understand. Even noting extreme caution on the hot water at both the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The interior of the cabin was fantastic. Great for 2 people only.

Clean, small cabin
The cabin was very clean, appreciated that listing specified pets were not allowed ( I am very allergic). Easy to get a hold of someone when a minor issue came up. Upper driveway did need 4wd or a larger vehicle to get up. Lower driveway it was helpful, but not necessary ( but was very steep on the exit). The cabin was small, but perfect for what we needed.

Nice cabin
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin could have been cleaner tho. Be aware that you need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to be able to access the back door at ground level otherwise you'll have to climb a 12-15 step stairway to get in the door. Be careful at the foot of the bed not to bump the footboard corner post with you shin. It's hidden under the bedspread. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the cabin. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Every spice you could want was there, too. There's a nice big refrigerator with an ice maker, too.

Perfect location
We planned our trip very last minute and stumbled upon this property so we had no idea what to expect. We truly lucked out. The property was the perfect distance from both Bryce and Zion. With the Zion shuttle tickets being so hard to get we were able to pivot to Bryce on the days we couldn’t get a pass. The house was cozy and had a mix of homey touches with perfect amenities. The outside space was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking and the kitchen table was perfect for a big dinner after hiking. As far as directions, trust the details they give you because if you trust the GPS you’ll have some trouble. Overall great experience and looking forward to coming back.

Good but Disappointing
Cabin was nice, fairly clean, cozy and well equipped. Disappointing though, as it advertises a fire place which shown as a wood burning stove in the pictures. We asked ahead of time to have it stocked with firewood, and received a response that we'd need to bring our own. We stopped on the way in Cedar City and purchased it. However, when we got to the cabin Friday night after a tense drive up the mountain in a heavy snow storm, we were looking forward to lighting a fire and warming up and de-stressing. EXCEPT, the wood stove shown is NOT there. Replaced instead with a fake electric table top mounted "fire simulator". Had we known that there was no fire place, we would have chosen another cabin. My wife was very much looking forward to curling up with a book beside the fire in the snow. Being told to bring our own firewood after specifically asking the question left us with a "bait and switch" taste as our take away. Also, the driveways ARE steep, and even though we had an SUV with AWD, we couldn't climb them in the snow/ice. Probably would need chains to make it up them in the weather we had that weekend. Suggest more truthful and accurate communication of the cabin features and understanding of the same by the property managers/owner.

Great promise but lacking several key details.
To start, I booked the property and filled out the additional requirement external to Vrbo to book the property. I also emailed the property owner with zero response. There was no pre-arrival Information for the property provided, nor any information provided on how to get into the property. Upon arrival, both driveways are steep, washed out, and have only loose gravel. Signs read that an awd vehicle is needed to enter. We live on a driveway much steeper than this property and have no issues, however you must get a running start to get up this drive due to poor road conditions. Upon getting up the driveway, we had to call the property owner as there was no way to get into the cabin. They did help immediately and gave us the key code entry. The outside of the cabin, the porch, and the east side of the cabin area is very nice. The inside has very nice decor and is overall nice. However there was zero instructions on what to do with trash, linens, how to leave the temperature in the cabin, or anything in general. Upon inspection, the bed was found with a blankets with tears, a stained pillow with no pillow case, and the entry to the bed is very tight. My wife and I are athletic builds and it’s almost impossible to enter the bed on the south side with the heat on due to the close proximity of the bed to the wall with the heating unit. All of this information was given to the owners immediately, with a rather vague response in return on the items that were missing; they also did not seem to care about the condition of the bed or linens. Oh, also the headboard was completely detached from the bed and would hit the wall upon laying on the bed. The dryer also was fairly full of lint. The rest of the stay was pretty nice until I was sitting on the couch watching tv while the wife cooked dinner. All of the sudden the reindeer painting above the couch fell off the wall and hit me on the head. Upon inspection it was simply attached to the wall using adhesive backed strips, which was not very well secured. Before checking out the owner sent an email on how to check out. It said to put dishes in the dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), to take the trash out (if I had not asked, there would have been no details on where to actually take the trash), to set the temp to 55 (the direct conversation with the owner before said 65 not 55). To me all of these details promote quantity of stays over quality. Gorgeous area, needs organization!

A slice of heaven!
Cute and cozy cabin! The location was convenient and not too much traffic by it...even in peak season. Living room, dining and kitchen area were perfect! Shower entrance is very small... about a foot wide. Bed has about a foot on either side, but was very comfortable! Outside was nice with the deck, firepit and gravel so you don't drag dirt in. The driveways are very steep, but 4 wheel drive in low made me putt up without slipping. Communication was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice mountain cabin with several disappointments!
Very nice they let us check in a few hours early, however when we got there could not get in from the given as code. Appears you need a check mark after code. Cabin was nicely decorated but before too long the smoke detector started beeping....no way to reach it or stop it,,,my husband had to climb on stool with his surgery injured foot to pull it down. While this is happening the front door lock is also beeping! I contacted owner who had the property manager contact me, they were going to bring out a new battery for smoke detector, THEY DID NOT!! We went to go to bed, with only 6" on either side of the bed had to squeeze in, then saw a spider on the wall, then another and 2 more!!! 4 spiders crawling inches from your head, and oh yeah 2 hairs in the bed sheets when turned down. The toilet rocks so bad it is bond to come loose soon! There is toothpaste all over the walls by the sink, and with COVID I did not feel safely cleaned. I guess the reason they want you to take your shoes off outside is because there was so much dirt and dust on the porch. I had to clean the table 3 times to get it somewhat clean to eat on. The chairs were also unable to sat on with all the dirt. On the upside, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and the inside floor was clean. And watch out for the hot water!!! burned myself in small shower that I could not get away from the water!! Temperature set way too high!!

Great cabin the the woods
My husband and I loved staying at the cabin. Since it was tucked away in the trees in drastically cooler than the heat that encompassed the rest of Utah. Duck Creek does not have a lot to offer, so come prepared. The house was very clean and well taken care of, and had a wide variety of games, puzzles, and movies for the days we were staying close. I would definitely recommend this house to a couple or small family. The house is snug, but was perfect for us.

Perfect weekend getaway
Loved the place. Lots of wildlife. Deer walked right by us where the longer driveway is. Covered balcony deck was our hangout mostly. Watched the deer in the field, the chipmunks and squirrels in the yard, the blue jay in the tree and the humming birds all from that balcony. The fire pit and lid for it were also nice to use. Would reccomend. Also the management welcoming and was quick to reply when we had a question.

Cozy property with all needed amenities - great location to explore Parks/Canyons nearby
The cabin was small but very cozy and had all amenities that are needed (apart from a dishwasher). Very quiet location where you can even see wildlife! The location is very convenient to explore parks and canyons (1h 20 minutes from Zion, just under an hour from Bryce) and there are even two lakes in the immediate vicinity (we didn't go though but apparently good for fishing). There were travel guides as well, which really helped, and you get a number you can use in case you have any questions or need extra support. The only reason I don't give this the maximum number of stars is the sofa bed. It really is uncomfortable, we only managed to sleep when we put the mattress directly on the floor. I do hope the owners will put some of the fees towards a new sofa bed soon. No issue obviously when it's just the two of you, the bed itself is comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!
