The house is 250m2 big. On the ground floor the kitchen with dining room and living room (100m2). In 1 floor we have 3 rooms with bathroom, balcony with sea view. In 2 floor are also 3 rooms with sea view. The ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can directly from the living room or from the kitchen into the garden or in the pool. We also have a barbecue outdoors. Parking is on the plot right next to the house.
