PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Enjoy a relaxing dream holiday in this well-kept family-run guest house in Duce near Omis. You can expect a small hotel with 30 beds in 9 rooms + 1 suite for max. 8-9 people. The ground floor has a dining room with bar, fireplace, TV corner, and a covered breakfast terrace. A game room with billiards, table football, darts, etc. as well as an internet station will not leave you bored.

On the ground floor is the dining room with open fireplace, kitchen ... On the 1st floor the luxury suite for 8-9 people with about 130 m² + 40m² balcony and south-facing terrace, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 x bath / WC, Living, cooking and dining area with fireplace and large south-facing terrace. On the 2nd and 3rd floor are 9 guest rooms, each with a shared kitchen per floor and a large grill and viewing terrace on the 3rd floor.


The guest rooms
The 9 guest rooms of the house (5 in the 2nd floor and 4 in the 3rd floor) are tailored to smaller and larger families and couples without children. There are 3 family rooms for up to 4 persons as well as 5 double rooms with sofa bed or extra bed possibility and a pure double room, especially suitable for couples without children. The tastefully furnished rooms have comfortable and restful beds, an en suite bathroom with shower, a balcony with magnificent sea views (except Z205 and Z304), awning or parasol, balcony furniture, air conditioning, satellite TV with over 20 German channels, on request telephone and a fridge.

The exposed location of the house you can enjoy from your rooms and balconies from a really great and unobstructed views of the sea and the islands. It is particularly nice to grill on our roof terrace with fantastic sea views in the evening.
