Hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Bummed that the hot tub was shut down but the sauna was nice! Fun to have a mini golf course on site as well that was free to guests. Overall nice place to stay.

I was there with my little grandsons for Thomas The Train event, like everyone else at the hotel was. After checking into our room, a young staff gal saw me going to fill my ice bucket with ice and told me that the ice machine was down and told me there was no other machine in the bldg. The next morning I asked again at front desk and was told it wasn’t fixed. So, I tried it anyway and it worked just fine! Also that morning during the packed breakfast rush I watched a staff member put a sign on the pancake machine that said out of order. I never saw anyone work on it. After the early breakfast rush was over (with all the little kiddos, who would’ve loved pancakes!) I saw a staff woman take the sign down and make herself pancakes and took them into the office to eat. So, you pay $260. a night for an average hotel and they don’t want you using ice or the pancake machine. Just terrible! I will never go back!!!!

Bathroom was not cleaned well, hair left on blow dryer, dirt and grass on the floor and tub, something dripped on toilet lid. One bed had drips off a dark liquid on the corner of the sheets.

Hotel was average, and for over $300 a night I should have been at a much nicer hotel. Hot tub didn't work. Our air conditioner constant on fan didn't, and it made clunky noises all night. Our TV didn't work the first night and the rude front desk girl didn't really seem to care. She tried for a few minutes but didn't offer an alternative other than entertaining ourselves. Also, she yelled at our kids in the pool past 10:00 instead of nicely having a conversation with us. The bathroom was directed right towards the sleeping area and you could hear everything in the bathroom throughout the room. Hotel was clean and the small continental breakfast is okay, but not worth over $300 a night!

Get some hooks.
Room was nice and clean, if a little on the small side. The bathroom was smallish with limited counter space. Pet peeve: Not enough places to hang things in the bathroom. Just enough space on the counter for the very basic grooming items and no place to hang wet towels, clothes to wear after showering, etc. All you need to do is put up some hooks. Also a plain wall shelf so that two people have space to put their stuff.
