Find another hotel!
We drove several hours to find that our room wasn’t ready even though several other people got a room. Desk person not very accommodating or helpful other than to say check back. Had to meet family and couldn’t freshen up. Checked twice room still not ready. Given text info about their cleaning policy but our room hadn’t been cleaned after 2 nights. Found out you had to request cleaning-that wasn’t mentioned. Breakfast potatoes for three days were soggy and old. Wouldn’t stay here again! High price for subpar hotel. Only plus was it’s close to the aerial lift bridge.

Expedia scammed me by overbooking this hotel and sending me a CONFIRMATION for my stay! Two days before we were due to check in, I received a note from Expedia saying that they could no longer honor my confirmed booking because "circumstances sometimes change at hotels," effectively trying to convince me that it was the hotel's problem. I confirmed with the hotel that the fault sat squarely with Expedia. This was a complete deal breaker for ever using Expedia again.

My room smelled bad. I finally figured out it was the shower curtain that apparently never gets washed. There was also hardly any toilet paper in the room. We ran out late in the evening and couldn’t get more without waking the others in the room. The worst part was that the alarm clock went off at 6:15 am, while the clock was unplugged! Overall not a good experience especially for the high price of the room. Very disappointed.
