This is such a great hotel. The staff is excellent, the rooms are always clean and their breakfast is the best. Our child attends the University of MN Duluth so we visit several times a year and if this place has a vacancy we stay here. Thank you for always making us feel welcome!

This property was beautiful, I loved being on the water and having a balcony. The room looked exactly like the pictures. The staff was very helpful and kind, always greeting you with a smile. Breakfast was good but the same every day. Loved the s’mores bar!! My room wasn’t as quiet as I had hoped, I could hear every door close and conversation as they went by. Sometimes it even woke me up sadly. Location is a bit of a walk from where the restaurants and town are but doable. Also very easy to park as navigate around town.

This place is great! They had fun options like s'mores and a happy hour. Close to canal park with shuttle options. The worst part was the beds are very hard. I couldn't sleepore than a night there
