The check in time is 1:00 pm and i checked-in at 1:20 pm on November 23, 2019. When i ask the front desk where is my room, the housekeeping said that it was not yet ready. I waited for 20 minutes and the housekeeping in-charge was the one who requested to fill out the information needed. I filled out the important information and i thought i was good to go after i surrender my i.d. but he asked me twice about the booking reference number so i gave him the the reference number. He was still not satisfied and asking another reference about what type of room i booked. I am disappointed because the front desk is not around after the room is cleaned. I cannot blame the housekeeping because it is not his job and i'm trying to stay calm. After he figured out what type of room i booked, he gave me the key. I'm shocked because its humid and i'm sweating a lot and felt uncomfortable. I went back to frontdesk and asked fi can
upgrade my room and he replied "You cannot upgrade it here sir but you may upgrade it to your online booking". Instead of staying in my room, i decided to go shopping. After a couple of minutes, I realized that i could not afford to stay longer so i checked out at 4:21 pm the same day. Very dispappointed.
