Belrose Estate is nestled amongst the picturesque vineyard and green valleys of South East Gippsland, Victoria. With its large picture windows overlooking the magnificent backdrop of Grande Ridge Road and Wilsons Prom, these set the tone to recharge and unwind.
The Space:
Belrose Estate is perched on top of a hill in Dumbalk, close to Venus Bay, Meeniyan, and Tarra Bulga National Park, among other attractions. It's a wonderful 139 sq ft studio unit perfect for two people/adults with a queen-sized bed, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking tools, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly compost toilet, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the host's private residence and vineyards. We also ask guests to shut the gates when entering or leaving the property.

Belrose Estate is perched on top of a hill, in the town of Dumbalk South Gippsland. Where you can explore nature parks, wineries, shops, and restaurants.

- Venus Bay is a stunning beach ideal for surfing, mini picnics, and other activities.
- Meeniyan is a little country village with pubs, shops, cafes, and lovely gardens.
- Wilsons Prom is a peninsula southeast of Melbourne famed for its craggy granite mountains, walking tracks, and wildlife.
- Tarra Bulga National Park is a small national park ideal for photography, with everything from massive Mountain Ash trees to tiny mushrooms and ferns.

- Well-behaved pets are allowed off-leash; preferably house-trained
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
