Overall, we had a good stay. Check in was easy and the staff member was pleasant. It was a busy weekend, so there were a lot of people and it was full. We had a room at the bottom of the stairs so it was a bit loud. Fortunately, we were able to drown out the noises with fans. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay again.

The room was dated at best. The pictures on line were deceiving. One of the night stands was on styrofoam. The wall paper in the bathroom was coming off. One of the things that attracted me to that place was the hot tub. It was so dirty and disgusting I wouldnā€™t stick a toe in it. To end on a high note, the bed was more comfy that it looked and the heat/ac worked well. I would not stay there again.

The location is convenient so you can walk to various businesses in Gorham but it's on the busy and very noisy main street. I think the innkeeper could pay more attention to detail. And example is there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom because the towel rack was missing. There were no clothes hangers provided and when I asked for some, I was given a limited number.
