There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor when we arrived. It was still there after housekeeping "cleaned" the next day! We did not have a working fridge during our 2 day stay. The original fridge smelled horrible and was not cold at all. After telling staff 2 times (6 hrs apart), we got an even smaller fridge that still was not cold!
