Eden Cottage is a 3 bedroom property located across 2 floors in the conservation area of Maryfield.
Ideal for business groups or vacation families wanting into the city center and easy access to the wider area and countryside.

We have regular visits from golfers- not just because of the championship course of Carnoustie and St Andrews both 20 minutes drive away but also for the other 9 courses within 6 miles.
The Sidlaw Hills are to the north which are ideal for walking or enjoying nature, while the River Tay to the south offers a range of watersport and river activities.

The holiday home is centrally heated and has a uniquely modern/ traditional mix of decor with many original features. The home is well appointed with all the things you will need to have a wonderful stay.

Ideal for city people who like a bit of the outdoors.

The property is located behind the famous Morgan Academy building and adjacent to the Maryfield Bowling Club. Entry into the property is via a traditional vestibule opening out to the main corridor and stairwell. Downstairs has the main bathroom, separate cloakroom and living room which opens into the dining area and kitchen. The courtyard is accessed via the back door in the kitchen. Upstairs has the 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single).

Great location!
What a lovely stay in Dundee. This property is a great location, the neighborhood is beautiful as is the home. It was perfect for my family! The owner, Craig, responded so fast and even made sure we got an item we left behind. I would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful and quiet
We have family in Dundee and wanted a base closeby. The house is beautifully decorated in a quiet street but only a short drive into the centre of Dundee. Parking available outside the house. My dad is elderly and toilet and bathroom were downstairs. He needs access to a toilet at night but there was a sofa bed in the lounge which was extremely comfortable so he slept dowstairs. House was lovely and warm when we arrived with plenty of hot water and a modern bathroom with walkin shower and separate bath. Owners were extremely helpful and would highly recommend.

Nice house in a great location
My husband stayed in this house for three weeks while visiting family in Dundee. Home is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, beds and bedding is comfortable. Place is furnished with the throw blankets which are nice for cool evenings or mornings. Property is located to grocery stores, restaurants, and bus stops. I had two questions during the first couple of days and the property manager responded quickly and was professional and helpful. If we return to Dundee, we would definitely check to see if this property was available.

Zauberhaftes Cottage in Dundee
Das Cottage ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und durchdacht (z.b. Nachtischlampen mit USB-Anschluss - da hätte es gar keinen Adapter gebraucht). Wir kommen gern wieder.
