The apartment is centred around an open plan kitchen/living area with sofas and a dining table plus four chairs. The large fully-equipped kitchen includes built-in appliances and a feature glass brick wall. A balcony onto City Quay with seating for four completes the main living area.

LOCATION

Dundee has been transformed in recent years into a lively and cosmopolitan coastal city. With many exciting commercial and cultural attractions, it has become a favourite for city breaks. The waterfront development is on your doorstep at this property, with the V&A Dundee museum, historic ships and urban beach within ten minutes walk, car-free, along the banks of the Tay. Ten minutes walk in the other direction takes you to the city centre shopping areas, theatre and museums.

Public transport links are very good with the bus and rail stations also within ten minutes walk. The domestic airport is a short drive away with direct flights to London and Belfast. Driving is easy with a good road network in the city and beyond.

The apartment also sits on the National Cycle Network Route 1 giving access to coastal cycling routes. The city is surrounded by beautiful countryside which will delight walkers and cyclists, and is close to Angus and Fife beaches, and world-famous golf courses, including St Andrews and Carnoustie.

Xmas in Dundee
Property was spotless, cosy, and quiet. It was an ideal base to visit my family in Dundee for Xmas, and I felt settled in straightaway. A really nice touch was a Xmas tree in the Living room to give it that festive touch.
