Entering the home, the cozy living area is directly connect to the living and dining area. Every meaningful aspect of the home has been upgraded. The furnishing and décor has been curated to create the perfect blend of style and comfort. The chef's kitchen is waiting for your culinary creations.
The sleeping areas are on the second floor along with the two full bathrooms. There are four distinct bedrooms with the primary bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. The other large bedroom has two additional queen beds connected by a sliding door making it a flexible option for families with kiddos, young adults, or anyone needing a bit of extra sleeping space.
While you are just a few minutes drive from countless vineyards, you are just 2-3 blocks away from the Red Hills Market, Dundee Bistro, Tina's, and tasting rooms. It is almost impossible to find another home with so many amenities, such an incredible location, combined with the thought and care to create such an amazing escape to explore everything the Willamette Valley and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
