Located in Durango, this farmhouse is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, as well as 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. The additional living room space with a sofa bed provides a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring. There’s gaming as well! WiFi. We have a full fitness room to get your sweat on! Or enjoy the ambiance of a propane fireplace with the touch of a button. Experience the magic of Durango at our farmhouse. 5.8 miles to Main Street, Durango. 28 miles to Purgatory Resort.
This home is lived in. A few spaces will be locked but everything mentioned will be available. Single momma hustle. The outdoor views are beautiful, but landscaping is at a hold. My apologies. You’re going for the interior rather than exterior. Neighbors have cows. Herds or deer are frequently seen.
