Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that we got a ground floor room with our dog. Made it so much easier for taking her outside. Beds were a little firmer than I like but still slept fine. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, lemon and cucumber waters and 24/7 coffee.

I love this hotel. However, this time it made me question my loyalty. In the morning we realized we had no towels at all and there was leftover food in the microwave. So i wondered if the bed was even clean.
