Reaching this gorgeous mountain property is like ascending to a new world. As you drive up the increasingly narrow and winding paved road, everyday cares fall away. The first time driving up to the house was kind of scary, but after that it was fine. Great views, modern house. We didn't get in the hot tub because the 1st night a young bear came walking by the deck and everyone was afraid it would come back with mom! It was fun to see!

Wonderful property with beautiful views!
Everything about our stay was fantastic!. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was very clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location was perfect for our event. The home is beautifully set up for larger groups. Very clean and modern and very comfortable. However the views deserve 10 stars!! Much better than described with floor to ceiling windows to take in the full beauty of Durango/Hermosa. Trace was wonderful and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.
