We had a great stay at the Adventure Inn. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. This is an older, original property and they have done a great job modernizing without losing any of the charm. This place is a Durango original and I much prefer it to the cookie-cutter chains down by Walmart. It also feels very good to support a local, small business owner who cares about your experience.

The room was clean and the staff member helped explain the roads etc when we were coming into town so we knew the roads would be clear. He set up a late check in since we had delays on the interstate.

Located north of downtown Durango. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Chairs and table were helpful. Bathroom dated and small but more than adequate. Laminate floor was dusty. Staff friendly and efficient for check in and check out. Parking near door. Older style updated motel more than met our needs. Within few minutes of the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. 40 minutes to Mesa Verde. We would stay here again if we return to the area. Good value
