Window was broken and did not lock. The door had a large gap at the top. The beds were very squeaky. The tv would not work. Pool was out of commission. The ac worked good and the breakfast was not too bad.

Nasty and dirty
Very old feeling and run down. Front automatic door didn’t work. Nasty ball of hair in my bathroom by the tub. AC went off and on all night. Complimentary breakfast had no coffee until I requested it. Orange juice tasted old and nasty. Apple juice was water. No elevator so I had to carry my bag up the stairs. I would never recommend this property.

Very inconvenient. Waiting 30 mins to check in front desk not available, we’re looking for him. No towels available, front desk said they lost it because customers steal all their towels. Very very inconvenient and dirty. The worse hotel i know

Overnight stay only. We had to ask a cleaner to come back and clean our toilet seat and bowl as it was still with soiled. The carpet of the stairs are not vacuumed . The hallways are dirty as well

Not bad for the price
If the staff hadn't been so sweet, my ratings would have been a lot lower honestly. The location is less than five minutes to Chostaw casino. I loved that. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Another huge plus. The room was decent and affordable. ✔️ The automatic doors to the lobby get stuck halfway... safety issue. Room 131-- It's hard to get in and out of the door because it sticks on the locking mechanism... safety issue. A.c. worked great in the room. The beds were comfy. The Tv worked fine. Wish they would have cleaned the bathroom better. Found "hairs". Breakfast was subpar. Juice machines did not work.

Check in male weird, when making reservations advised of medical condition and requested ground floor due to medical issue and no elevator. When check in told bad news just gave out last room on ground floor and will have to use the stairs. desk Person didnt even care. Room shower drained very slow. Toilet ghosted flushed. Cont breakfast very poor and a joke

someone above our floor walked in the middle of night on a very squeaky floor the 4 nights we stayed there. I spilled water on night stand & cleaned it up & picked up a lot of dust. the carpets were very soiled-s/b steamed cleaned or replaced. The staff were friendly & helpful.
