great location, grat staff behing the desk and same quality service in the restaurant. just one remark, we were in the hotel last week two times. the first room had an issue with the safe and few things missing in the bathroom like kleenex. in the second one, towels were missing and again kleenex too.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel, it was a perfect location to get wherever we needed to go. But our favorite was the scrambled eggs during breakfast. We're not sure what they do to the, but they were delicious! Great staff, super helpful, and the rooms were very comfy, exactly what we expect from Meliá hotels.

Imagine paying for a suite and getting a regular room instead. The hotel downgraded my room for the first night and refused to compensate me. They said they couldn't refund the difference, but after I insisted, they finally refunded a small amount. During my attempts to resolve the issue, one of their representatives was extremely rude.

Tienen un servicio al cliente muy malo. Nos dieron llaves para entrar al cuarto hasta las 10 pm porque no estaba limpio cuando el check in supuestamente es a las 3 pm. Preguntamos por lugares para ir a cenar el domingo en la noche y su respuesta fue que todo estaba cerrado; había una gran cantidad de lugares abiertos.
