Quiet room request ignored
A very big room with comfortable beds, but We did request a quiet room, away from lift noise as running the Chester marathon the day after. Checked in at 5pm ish, went into Wrexham for shopping/food. Then returned around 9pm to find we were well Away from the lift, but on floor 1 right about the disco (wedding?) which we could happily sing along to! So much for the quiet room! And yes, we could have asked for a change of room, but at this time of night with a full car park? Disappointed to be fair

A wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in front of hotel and just a five minute walk to the Wrexham football stadium and a further five minutes to the town center. Rooms were very nice with a fridge, safe and air conditioning! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel!

I just had one night here and enjoyed my stay. Walked to the City Center only about 10 minutes and met some really nice locals. The staff were friendly and the room was well appointed and layed out nicely. Great TV with many channels to choose from.

The gent on reception when we checked in was super lovely and helpful! We had an issue with our lights but we were off out, but he still went and sorted it for us! Rooms are really lovely, very pleased with them! Great facilities, room nice and cool with the AC. Bed also comfortable, lovely pillows! Bonus findind a mini fridge! Would absolutely stay here again! :)
