Country quiet - take a break from the busy and relax in a house all to yourself with beautiful views of pasture and the Emmett foothills. Less than a mile from restaurants in town and the rodeo fairgrounds. Enjoy a peaceful open floor plan. 3 bed, two bath, skylight kitchen with covered patio and gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway.

The space
Open floor plan with skylights over kitchen island with grate-room. Spacious living room with WiFi and tv. Gorgeous open views of pastures. Enjoy coffee in a pot (coffee grounds supplied) or Keurig (bring your own pods). Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, mixer, fryer, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Washer and dryer available for use.
Master bedroom with private bath and single shower space, king bed, closets and dresser.
Second bedroom has queen bed, dresser and large closet space.
Third bedroom has a daybed with a pullout trundle with a large closet space.
The living room has a new queen sofa bed. A Pac-Man Arcade 8-in-1 has recently been added for family and kids to enjoy.
Large back patio is covered with skylights. Attached garage available for parking.
Large spacious front and back yard. Perfect getaway to relax.

Guest access
The entire house, yard and garage is available for use. This is perfectly and specifically set up for guests. Feel free to pet the horses, cows and goats over the fence, but please do not get in the pasture with them.

We are close to the gem county fairgrounds and rodeo (3 minutes), sawyers pond, Emmett Cherry Festival and town. Less than 4 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, gas and movies in the town of Emmett. Five minutes from the local highschool, 5-10 minutes from the elementary.

We are 6 minutes from Fourth Street Gardens, 13 minutes from Willow Grove Events, 15 minutes from Bissel Creek Meadows, 8 minutes from Bertao Mesa Wedding & Events, 14 minutes to The Flats 16 Restaurant & Event Center. Did I miss your venue? Please message me.

2nd time here, won't be the last. Perfect place to stay when visiting Emmett family. Love the open, well-stocked kitchen. Shauna is a most gracious and generous host. See you in June for cherry fest.

The house was very clean and very comfortable. We initially had a difficult time getting into the house as I was never notified with the passcode to unlock the door key pad. Upon arriving at the property, I spent 15 minutes trying to get someone to give me the passcode to get in. I sent multiple Emails to the host asking her to call me with the passcode but she was not willing to tell l me the code over the phone. Apparently, she originally sent me an email with the door code, but I never received the email. After about 20 minutes I did end up getting a call from somebody at VRBO and eventually was able to get him to tell me the passcode. Other than that issue everything else was fine.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and clean. Lots of room inside and well furnished. We enjoyed the covered patio in back and large lawn. Good communications with owner. It was a problem free stay and would certainly recommend it

This house was perfect for our stay in Emmett. My sister, Mom, and I, each had a bedroom and plenty of space. The back patio was perfect for drinking coffee on in the morning. We loved the Pac-Man machine. The location is great on the edge of town. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great with Shauna and I will stay here again the next time I go visit my brother!

Quiet Country Stay
Very comfortable, quiet, beautiful. Only disappointment was the fact we were looking forward to sitting out back and enjoyig the view and country, but the mosquitos took over and we were not able to enjoy the outdoors.

Very impressed
It is a beautiful home. It was on the outskirts of town very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again if i was going to be in town. I would highly recommend this place if you plan a trip to Emmett Id. All 6 of us were very please.

This home was amazing! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything to make full meals...KitchenAid mixer, great cookware and dishes, and cleaning supplies. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Lots of room! We really enjoyed our stay. The back patio and back yard would have been a great place to relax if the weather had been a little warmer. We look forward to staying here again as we have family in the area. Wonderful place!!

when we walked in we all exclaimed how beautiful the house and furnishings were. All the little touches all over were awesome. Liked all the items in the kitchen, we probably didn't get everything back in its original place. Did see the magazine with Shauna's picture and story, so sorry for her losses, but impressed she is helping other people deal with their grief. We are “repeats” at this house and truly love it. Beautiful and spotless, the home is so inviting and comfortable, and Shauna is a wonderful host. Being able to use the garage is also a huge plus. Peaceful setting yet just a few minutes from everything you need in town. We will be back!

Pre Wedding Oasis
Our son was married this weekend at a nearby outdoor venue. Because it is August, I reserved this beautiful home as a refuge for my family to get out of the heat when needed. It ended up being an incredible blessing!! The bridal party got ready at the house and everyone loved having this perfect get-away. Though we brought everything in that we might need, I was amazed at how the owners had thought of every detail!! Such a beautiful home and peaceful location. None of us spent the night but it is absolutely perfect. ❤️

I love this house.
What a sweet, beautiful, absolutely spotless house to stay in! I was excited to find it in the homey, rural area surrounding Emmett because it was convenient to visit family. But I was even more excited when I saw it in person. This is a house that’s been well cared-for, inside and out. The decor is lovely and the inside is like new. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of drawers and appliances, utensils, etc., in the gorgeous kitchen because I’m known to “re-clean” in most houses I rent. The bed linens and bath towels are also good quality. I wish we could have spent more time there and enjoyed the patio and yard. The neighbors’ goats are hilarious to watch! And what a plus to have a nice garage to park in. One hint is to maybe bring a sleep eye mask. The house has wonderful natural light throughout, inc. from those full Idaho moons! Shauna is an outstanding, very responsive host, and this is one of my favorite house rentals ever. Thank you!

Just absolutely amazing.Just needed a over nighter . Had a few questions asked and got a reply very quickly. I can not say how beautiful this house is.Its even better in person. Great Rental
This was a return visit for us. This house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need including a Kitchenaid Mixer, Keurig or standard coffee maker and more pots, pans, baking items than you will need unless you're moving in. The owner even supplied de=icer for the walkway/patio into the house.because it was snowing. If you're in Emmett, I highly recommend this property.
